Mindful Eating:

The key to getting in touch with what your body needs from food is to notice how it makes you feel. The principles of mindful eating are so logical as to seem simple and easy. However, it takes practice to fully incorporate them into daily life. Quick practice sessions with me allow you to achieve better results between meetings.  Eating mindfully is a wonderful way to allow your mind and body to reconnect and teach you what you need. In my mindful eating practice sessions, at the beginning or end of a meeting, we cover some of the basics of clearing your mind while eating as well as Appetite Awareness Training.
