Don't "chia" let that pudding get boring

There's a whole world of nuts and seeds out there for the curious nouveau breakfast idea seeker: Chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds (the whole ones are indigestible), any organic berries. When making chia pudding, it's best to add a non-dairy liquid and let refrigerate overnight to make a pudding because otherwise it's like eating crunchy, granular glue. A teaspoon of maple syrup, a 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, some cacao powder with coconut flakes all can make for a variety of flavors to change every day and keep things new and fresh. Have fun!
